Where is my order?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from receipt of payment verification. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched from our location; which will contain your USPS Tracking Number. Please keep in mind that it may take USPS up to 48 business hours to provide tracking updates. Please allow 48 business hours for an update to be shown. 

Can I Modify or Cancel My Order? 

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order. We want to ensure that you receive your order very quickly and accurately as possible.

Returns 

The Secret Scent understands that ordering online is not always easy and we hope you love this scent as much as we do :-)~ We aim to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible. However, there will be no returns accepted.

Shipping:

*All orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays.  Orders will ship within 2-4 business days from the receipt of payment verification.

*All Domestic and international orders are shipped via USPS priority mail.

*You will receive tracking information on the day your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update.

*We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier or the weather.

*We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once USPS has marked your package as delivered. If your tracking information indicates your order as delivered and you have not received it please make a claim with USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS). By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our shipping and delivery policy.

What Is The Average Shelf Life On Oil:

Many perfumes don't have a hard-and-fast expiration date. However, three to five years is the average shelf life of a fragrance.
